Raising Pheasants

My husband and I are interested in raising pheasants but we don't have a large area to raise them. We are looking at around 20 x 40 flight pen. Approximately how many pheasants could we raise in the area. We don't want too many for that size. We are new to all of this. Also, where is the best and cost efficient store to buy the netting.
