Raising quail and pheasant in CO

We're contemplating a move to Colorado, nothing serious, just playing with the idea.

Do you need a license in Colorado to raise game birds such as quail and pheasant in Colorado?

If so, how much is it and how hard to obtain?

I really appreciate it. I like my quail and hope to expand to pheasant one day, but that will be a while into the future.
