I have heard everywhere that quail is unsuitable for raising with chickens, but why exactly?
First off, i would be raising quail with a serama/seramas.

Darling (my serama) has seemed to mellow quite a bit, and is desperate for a friend.

I heard quails could transfer a virus to them? Anyway i could prevent this? Is it possible to have them be together?

Chickens can easily make quail sick and quail are pretty much @$$holes to anything they don't like, be it mice, chickens or other quail. Plus chickens can easily kill quail.

The only time mine interact besides when my male gets loose is when I have a hen hatch some of my quail eggs. Even then the hen usually gets the short end of the stick because she knows it's her baby but doesn't like it being around

Plus one on not a good idea. Even small chickens are still much larger than quail, and will easily kill them. They are very likely to see your quail as prey. Chickens are also more resistant to some diseases that quail aren't and may pass them along to the quail.

By pure coincidence, I had a Georgia Giant bobwhite in with a flock of bantams.

They did seem to get along, for the most part, but I could see instances of bullying (chicken on quail violence), so I gifted the quail to a lady that raises regular bobwhites.
