That’s gotta be difficult, sacrificing weekly revenue from the hens (egg sales) to get into Aseels!

They’re fine birds, and there is a definite advantage with feed costs. To feed one $80 Aseel costs about the same as to feed a $5 normal hen.

However, this all depends on the market which is whether friends and neighbors want Aseels or the chicks in the future.

Personally, I am in a market where people _would_ appreciate the Aseels, but I also need to have some egg-layers for a more regular income. If an egg-laying hen won’t produce though, she goes to the stew pot.

Yeah, I had been raising layers for table eggs and hatching eggs, I saw the chance of exceptional quality Aseel and took it. Grown adults go about $160-180 per bird. Here in Nicaragua cock fighting it's a popular thing and these people pay goog money for high quality Aseel. I plan to keep them as ornamental birds and breed them for heavier Bild, thicker bones

These are my favourite out of all of them. They are very beautiful and of very high quality. Here in Pakistan it is almost impossible to find such breeds/birds for sale and if you find such high quantity birds for sale the price is a lot more than what you paid for them. I wish I could have such high quality and beautiful breeds/birds (I am a little bit jealous). I hope you have great success breeding them and that they live a long and healthy life.

Alhamdulillah, the lord gifted us with the Aseel and choose Pakistán as it's birth place. I am greatful to have been blessed with such beautiful birds. Alhamdulillah
