Ramon the Rooster needs a new home (NJ)

Our Noir Maran Roo, Ramon, needs a home.

He is approx 20-21 weeks old. He is handsome, and a bit timid, great with the ladies, but very vocal. Our town doesn’t allow roosters, we got him as a chick and surprise . We gave it a shot (our neighbors were cool with it) but he’s loud, and unfortunately, he’s got to go.

Is anyone able to help this fella out? Free to a good home in North Jersey.
