Random Gardening Talk

Depending on how far back in the woods it is, it sounds like it doesn’t get a lot of light. This would eliminate ful sun plants like the majority of fruits and veggies. There are plenty of low-light ornamental trees, as well as ferns, kale, and cabbage/broccoli (you can by ornamental cabbages and kale as well).
Yes, this place does not get much sun so the plants are limeted.

That sounds like a great idea! I bet that’ll be really pretty! What kinds of plants are you wanting? Succulents, flowers, fruit, veggies, etc. Or a mix of kinds?
I think a mix would be great but with a lot of perennials.

Here is it more updated. The path in the middle is can not be seen by the other paths because of the tall plants(not added yet.)

We start our veggie plants from seed (it's cheaper and there's more variety), so living in California, we sowed our pepper plants for this spring/summer indoors under some grow lights not this past weekend, but the weekend before. We got our first sprouted peppers this past weekend. We'll start our tomatoes next weekend. It's gardening season again!!
