Random Q about nest box(es)

So I am looking to have a total of 5 rhode island reds soon, my coop has a nest box that is 23inches wide, is that ok for 5 girls or should I put a divider in? If a divider goes in each will only be about 11ish inches wide, what do you think???

What is the total size of the nesting box? If it is at least 12" front to back I would expect it to handle five hens OK.

Don't know off my head exactly but yes will be over 12"

My available nest box space was also only 23 inches, so I put in a community box. It's 23x17 and made from a repurposed old drawer. My 4 girls use it just fine and often like to climb in there together.
