Random questions!

Two questions:
What does OEGB stand for? I'm gonna hear it and be like oooooh duh.
What would happen if I mixed together 1 egg, 1/4 cup flour, 2 tablespoons milk, and 2 tablespoons sugar and baked it? I'm going for something pumpkin pie filling consistency that can be used for lots of different things, like pie filling or pudding. I'm almost thinking drop some or most of the flour but I've NEVER come up with my own recipe + I don't have much baking experience so I really am just taking a random stab:idunno

OEGB stands for Old English Game Bantam.
No clue about the recipe. I guess the only way to find out is by trying it!
