RANDOM VERY SMALL EGG COMPARED TO THE REST

I went out to collect eggs today and found this random very small egg i dont have any pullets they are all mature hens....any ideas whats up with this?

Could have been an accident egg. Maybe the hen had too much calcium build up and layed that small egg

It's what we call a "fart" egg or an "oops" egg. I got a couple of those over the years from my hens too. Nothing to worry about. If you crack it open you may find it's only white, no yolk, or it will have a tiny, undeveloped yolk.
