Oh man, I’m so tempted! I live in California but I’m actually going up to Portland on Friday for a wedding. We have an ayam Cemani rooster and he is literally the sweetest thing, he comes inside the house every morning to sit on my lap while I drink my coffee
Could you try the “no crow collar”? We have 3 roosters and on the loud we put. DIY Velcro collar on him and he still cries but it sounds like a muffled burp lol! He can still make all the regular chicken noises, he just isn’t able to fill his windpipe so full that he can crow loud. He super adorable btw!!

He's pretty cool but the no crow collar failed. He's full of manly spunk.

Oh man I live in Coquille oregon(by coos bay oregon) I wish you were tad bit closer i would love to have him. If you still have him in a week and i figure out some free time i just might be able to take him.
