Rare Breed? Rooster and three hens: Hatchery

stole this off "the chicken chicks" Facebook page, but could they be this, black copper maran?

Definitely not French Copper Maran. The hens lay light brown/cream eggs, small. I have had a maran before, dark chocolate colored eggs from the hen I had. These are definitely different.
