What would cause a chicken to breath raspy? Has not responded to LA 200 antibiotics going on day 6. Also vet RX and rooster booster in the water.

Have you looked inside the mouth and throat for an obstruction? Hair and strings and wire and blades of grass can wrap around the tongue and lodge in the larynx. Also, check the crop as liquid from a crop issue sometimes backs up into the throat and leaks into the airway, causing wheezing.

Can you post some photos or a video of her? (upload videos to youtube and provide a link)

What other symptoms does she have besides raspy breathing - any mucous, coughing, sneezing, watery or pus filled eyes, swollen face, plaques or cheesy material inside the beak, etc.

Is her crop empty, any sour breath?
Any lice/mites?
Is she eating/drinking o.k.?
How old is she?
Does she lay eggs?
Any swelling, bloat or fluid in the abdomen?

Not responding to treatment with antibiotics, she may have a virus or fungal infection.
I would check her over really well - try to answer the questions and then we can hopefully makes some better suggestions.

There are several kinds of respiratory diseases, caused by bacteria, viruses, and fungus. Only bacterial diseases, such as MG, will respond to antibiotics such as oxytetracycline. Are there any other symptoms that might be helpful in narrowing down the disease? Just a raspy breathing might be due to environmental reasons, mold fungus, or something else. Ruling out some type of gunk inside the throat and beak, a crop problem, or ascites (water belly,) would be a good way to narrow down possible reasons. Here is a good link that has symptoms of many of the common respiratory diseases:
