You can maybe find out for yourself by having someone help you hold the hen and pry her beak open wide to see into her mouth and throat.

Often, a raspy sound is due to mucous buildup in the mouth and blocking the throat. It can also be caused by a foreign object being stuck in the throat or even a string wrapped around the tongue.

If you see a discharge or bubbles from the eyes or nares or even the ears, that can cause a raspy sound and signal a respiratory infection.

If the hen is lethargic and her comb and facial tissue is purplish, she could have tumors on her lungs and other organs.

Is it possible for you to take a video of the sound she is making and post it to YouTube with a link posted here? Take a flashlight tonight when she is roosting, and get another pair of hands, and take a look into her throat, and look for any yellow or greyish white patches inside her beak and throat. Take pictures if you can. Mold, wet conditions, dust, not enough coop ventilation, and respiratory diseases can cause wheezing, stridor, or a hoarse voice. Here is a video showing stridor in a hen which is a result of something in the airway, such as mucus, a piece of food, or swelling—go to about 50 seconds in to hear:
