Hen or roo? I am thinking roo, but would hate to call a hen a boy if I'm wrong. Haven't seen an egg from this one, but haven't heard a crow either... :/

Really? I thought all my rare ones were hens, but this one threw me off.. I am not very familiar with the breed... Yes that is a Golden Campine. I picked her(?) out along with my sicilian buttercup because they looked alike and she was the first one I picked out so I had to keep her... I had no idea what the breeds were till they feathered out though.

I could be wrong since I can't maximize the picture on my tablet, but from my limited view of your lovely bird, I don't spy any long, pointed saddle and hackle feathers.

Alex also has a large comb for a hen, so I think it's a breed characteristic.

This is the same chicken. I'll post in tye what breed or gender forum and see if i can get some more feedback... I want to be absolutely sure.
