ratio of hens to..what's a male?

Ok, what's a male guinea called? Can you have multiple males in one flock (free range, 3 acres)? Or, what's a good ratio?

With Guineas it doesn't matter if you have a lot of extra males. Once the males pair up with the existing females the other males will go off and do their thing. Most of the time that's sparring with each other or harassing the paired up males.
