We have 10 ducks, 4 Cayuga I ordered sexed (so 3 girls, 1 boy). We hatched 6 Anconas, and I'm pretty sure we have 3 boys and 3 girls. So, 6 girls and 4 boys total. How many boys am I going to have to realistically get rid of? Is there any chance it will work? Or how many females would I need to add? No idea how to decide who stays and who goes...

It's 4-5 females to 1 drake, I believe. Truly, it's a matter of personal preference what you do with the drakes. If you have the room for more ducks, and you really love your boys, that's up to you. Or if you find that one or more of your drakes is aggressive, rehoming is also an option.
