Rattling lungs

I have been fighting double bumblefoot in this 3 year old polish. One is healed the other is been a battle. I gave her a dose of antibiotic last night after soaking her and today her lungs are rattling. I’m not sure if she aspirated the meds or what. She sounds horrible. It came out of nowhere. She’s been incredibly stressed for weeks and I’ve had her at the vet a few times. What is this and can I help her at this point or should I have her put down? I feel horrible.
