I don’t see any symptoms of MG which is what tylosin treats. That is up to you, but I would only use antibiotics if I was certain that she has something bacterial or a mycoplasma. It doesn’t hurt to have tylosin in case of symptoms emerging that I described earlier. A good place to order from is here:

Thank you so much! Is it normal for her to have sneezing/rattley noise for over a month now? I think I’ll continue to keep an eye then and super clean the coop possibly!

My hen is making a rattling noise and has been for a long time but she has no discharge, eats fine, drinks her water ok and otherwise is totally healthy. Any suggestions??
