Ratty Feathers Ba Gawk?

Hi all. I inherited this hen about 3 months ago she was not super healthy as the rooster had been riding her like Seabiscuit. She has quite a bald spot on her back but it seems to have new feather stubs forming. What concerns me is the feathers on her wings. Is this normal? What would cause this ? We have no rooster just 3 older hens the same age.
Any insights would be appreciated!

My hen has similar, she was sharing a nest for awhile and pulling her feathers out. It's been two months and she just is forming little nubs of new feather growth. Maybe that's it? I'm sure more experienced will chime in as well. You don't know her history so just giving my situation
