Those poor ducks that one was running so fast he fell over.

what was funny I turned the volume up and when the shot fired my dogs all ran outside barking.

lol, poor dogs... we only did that to record it... found it out on accident actually...

Oh, and the tripper is Lady Grey... she's molting hard right now, so no good wing feathers for balance, poor girl...

Where were they at a neighbors? all I know is they sure hightailed it home. lol

Technically, they were still on our property... the line is kinda weird... but, we share a driveway and parking area and we have a wet weather spring that burbles up right above the parking spots... they discovered this miracle of fresh water and love it... lucky thing is our neighbors love our ducks too, but we worry about visitors driving up too fast... :/

I can see where that would be a problem especially when Lady Grey is tripping all over herself trying to run. Poor thing. I had to put up a sign on our driveway say's "watch for ducks" not that we have much traffic but just to make people aware they could be out there.

Yeah, I felt bad for her, usually she just flies since she has the shortest legs... I need to find a sign like that... not very many visitors here either, but there is one that worries me... :/

Better to make that ONE aware, than to lose a duck or 2. I also have one similar to this one

plus a few I made too .

He's aware... and still roars up... it's one of THOSE...

My ducks see him coming a long way off, the hightail it straight into the pen... they do not like him even if he walks over...
