Rav's Duckumentary - Call duckling babies (pic heavy)

Wow! great poster! I had no idea there were so many Harlequinesq call colors! So the Aleutian is probably the closest to a silver WH. Wow! calls are so confusing... (as well as more exotic colors of runners I guess). They don't break into sub breeds so they have really elaborate color distinctions.

OK Julie.... Now I am going to see how strong your resolve is... Our ducklings will ship next Monday and probably arrive Thursday (One week from today...) We are taking the whole following week off for duckling snuggling and keeping up with normal duck kisses in the back yard... It will be a week long duck/duckling fest... You are approximately 690 miles away (11hrs, 20 min) through Spokane. We have a small house with no guest quarters at all, but if you can break free a couple days and make the trip, I will put you up (I chose this little bitty house, so that is my standard company arrangement.) We are fairly sedentary and not very exciting, but I can promise you 12 ducks and 3 'lings

... Just a thought... 3 or 4 day weekend...

OMG. That is an awesome thought. WOW. I totally appreciate it. Thank you. I know I'd love to meet you and Yvonne and your super cute and adorable and fun flock and the new baby fuzz webs. I would love to come over and see for a few days and combine it with a weekend. Could we talk about later in the spring?

No problem - any time would be great. I just put up this time frame because 'lings don't stay 'lings for long. By April they will be full size (almost) and scraggly looking teens, by May, they will have their Teen feathers and look like grown ducks. Just look at @RavynFallen 's little 'lings... They's all growed up already. Poof! But feel free to PM me anytime.

Thank you!!

I know what you mean. The littles do grow up so fast. Go from fuzz to feathers in no time. But they ARE STILL WEBBED WEBBIE FEETED BIRBS. I know. my little Io that she let me adopt from afar went from baby to adult at warp speed.

If you look again, you'll notice the hose is still in the pool... and still on, lol... :gig

:love And I am happy to see I am not the only person who couldn't find a level spot in my yard if my life depended on it :lau

Tony, you are definitely not alone... our entire yard is a hill, we build our coops with 2 legs at least 6 inches longer than the others... :lau

No joke, that's our driveway on the left and it's a 45° angle all the way up!
