Raw neck with no feathers?

First it was one chicken, now a few. Chickens lost ? Have no feathers on there neck and head. Their necks also look raw.
They are eating, drinking laying & acting normal. Are they being pecked at night in the coop? Is it mites? I never see them pecking/bullying each other when in the run.
I have a dozen more hens that are fine. No rooster.

I almost want to say they’re Turkens but if they weren’t bare necked from the start I would think that’s impossible.
