New chicken owner so if this is normal don’t judge me lol but are the pointed looking feathers normal? Kinda look like tooth pick/pins sticking out. I have a hen whose neck looks similar but missing more feathers and can see down to the skin (still trying to catch her for a picture) and this is my rooster whose neck on one side looks similar like he is losing some feathers. I mostly notice it when I see them bend to eat something, not so much when they are up just bobbing and walking. All are eating and drinking normal and act fine
