Welcome to the world of guineas. This is the time of year the cocks are picking mates and establishing their pecking order. There is many threads here devoted to this and what you can do. Most of the time separating them will work for a while but you can't separate them forever and they will eventually work things out. The feathers will grow back and they will all be buddies again. Make sure you have hiding places in your coop for the ones being harassed .

She/he hasn’t been moving around much. She has been in the same spot for almost 24 hours. Coop door is open but won’t go out. Just laying there. Is that normal.

It might just feel safe there. There could be something wrong with it but usually the fighting just involves feather pulling. In rare cases on this forum I have heard of some more serious injuries , if you do want to look at it, use a towel to wrap around it.

There are things you can use to help her heal. Veterycin antibiotic spray, or plain old neosporin to heal. Dr. Naylor FA Dressing Blu-Kote Aerosol antibiotic dressing goes on blue, hiding irritation so maybe they leave her alone, or Rooster Booster Pick No More, which has calendula & tea tree in it which is antibacterial. TT smells horrible so I'm assuming that's what is the deterrent. Not sure of it's effectiveness. I had a hen who would not leave my boy's toe alone & he wldnt step away from her, so his toe had a huge hole in it. I ended up putting shoes on him to get it healed ( pointless, it healed. We'd get it healed, she'd start in again)..
You could put tx of choice on it, apply a soft dressing/pad, & then use vet wrap under her wings and around her belly so they can't get to it. That's contrary to the "let it heal in the air" practice, but in this case the goal is to protect it.

Thanks, I will try.
