During incubation what position do you keep the ventilation hole?. open, close, 1/2 open, 1/3rd open

Not being familiar with that incubator nor having read the manufacturer instructions, I would make it 1/3 open the first week, half open the second week and fully open the third week.
Eggs will give off a lot of carbon dioxide but the embryos can benefit from that the first week. As they mature, they need more oxygen. The last 3+ days, they need lots of ventilation.
