rcom pro 20 problems

Anyone have a rcom pro 20? Mine is leaking into the main hatching area and causeing my humidity to rise. I have to soak water out of it every day. Any suggestions? Ticks me off that a machine so expensive would have such a problem.

Did you buy it new? I would call the company.

If it is sitting on an uneven surface, tipped up or down, then it'll do that. Also, make sure the water line and doo-dads in the bottom front are snug and well fitted. Mine leaked like that once, and I noticed that the line was loose and the unit was tipped.
