Hi
I just received my new sensor for my Rcom Pro 20 but when I connect everything and turn it on, the new sensor shuts everything off except the annoying beeper. How do I know if the new sensor is working correctly? I plugged the old sensor in and the incubator starts right up. The next troubleshoot is the board but that's pricey. I've reached out to Rcom but that's a couple days off.
Has anyone replaced their old sensors?

What does it look like, do you have a picture of the sensor?

Oh, I haven't replaced that before.
When I had to replace my humidity sensor, I watched a YouTube video to show me how.

There isn't much to do with it. It's pretty much plug in and go. But it shuts off the electricity to the entire incubator when I turn it on

I see. I didn't know if there was a reset button when you install something like that.
I'm really sorry it won't work.
