i have 2 pullets and 1 cockerel wil all the eggs be fertilised ? are they safe to eat
 
Yes and yes. You may find that a 2 to 1 ratio will leave your hens 'overbred' which could result in featherless backs. Depends on your roo's libido. Unless you want to raise chicks, it is not necessary to have a roo to get eggs.
 
yes they are no different than an unfertilized egg unless you put them in the incubator. there is a great link about it I will try to find it

but 2 hens to 1 roo maybe be hard on the girls it all depends on your roo and how gental he is. You might want to get more pullets when you can to add to the flock
