re-homing bullying hen pecking on chicks?

One of my four older hens is aggressive to the 7 six-week old chicks. She really goes and find them because they are never in her way.
The other three are fine with them and ignore them. The chicks are terrified of the meanie. Should I re-home this bullie or will one of the three remaining hens take over the bullying?

Either let them work it out themselves or remove the chicks.

It's best to keep chicks separated until they are about the same size as the older hens. Can you split the pen temprarily so they can see each other while providing protection for the chicks?
