Reacurring sour crop?

This has been going for 3 months now, I have tried everything for my chicken but she is miserable, I've vommited her, given her yogurt, ACV in her water and boiled yogurt, I was also advised in here to feed her anti fungal cream for 7 days and even have used canesten anti fungal on her bottom as it looked like vent gleet have even been bathing her in Epsom salt baths, have seen no improvement and now she just looks miserable she I call it a day and put her out of her misery

Can you post some photos of your hen, her poop and her vent?

Is the crop not emptying? Does she have plaques or canker inside the beak?
Does she lay eggs?
How old is she?
What are you feeding her including treats?
Does she free range?

Hi, sorry I've taken so long to reply, unfortunately she passed away, thankyou for everyone's help, I'm devastated she's gone but she's no longer in pain or discomfort, she will be missed

No that's nota current photo, she was about 5yrs olds, didn't have her from a baby, she was a free range hen, she stopped laying and about a week later she didn't seem right, she had a very messy bottom it had a sour smell, then she developed sour crop, their main diet was layers pellets and corn, they had the odd fruit and veg now and again also dried meal worms but this was sparingly, I was advised given her unsweetened apple sauce, Greek yogurt and boiled egg, ACV in the water and giving her an anti fungal cream for 7 days twice a day

Sorry I don't have a current photo of her or her poop, she stopped laying eggs about 2 months ago
