Does the layer then lay an olive egg, or is the olive egger
The chick that came out of the hen and grows up and then lays eggs, and then that egg would be an olive egg?

the hen will continue to lay the same colored egg she always has. the chick has the potential to lay an olive egg...if she isn't a he.
