We have been saving the quail leg 1/4'ers from the last time we processed quail and we made Buffalo quail legs.

. Didn't get a pic of them after they were cooked they didn't last that long. They were very good!

those look great! I was hoping you had a new monster sized strain of quail called Buffalo Quail!

Those legs however look almost buffalo sized themselves. Great pic!
