My eggs are almost ready to hatch, if any do...
They are turkey eggs and I have a few questions, if you don't mind...

If I set them in the bator at 7 p.m. will it be night again when they start to hatch? I read you should set them in there in the morning, but I couldn't...

I know I am supposed to open the second vent in the Little Giant, but that vent is where the fan is located, so it will bring cool air into the bator... should I shut the fan off during the 3 day wait? Right now I have the plug on that vent and the other is open. The Little Giant instructions didn't say anything about the fan, but I can unplug the fan and just have still air.

Do I keep the temp the same, just raise the humidity? And then lower the temp to 95 after all of them hatch and leave them in for 24 hours?

Will they get hurt on that heating element??? It's pretty hot!

I hope someone who's hatched little turkeys can help.

As far as the time they'll hatch - could be even the next day - I know my chicks didn't hatch anywhere near the time I set the eggs.
