I have a Broody hen who has been sitting for 15 days. When I made my coop I did not think about if my hens go broody. Her nest is small just large enough for her to sit. It is also about 18" off the coop floor.
I am worried about when the chicks hatch, do I need to have extra room around her? Will they fall out?
