My hen that is 3 definitely has a severe case of gape worm. I know I visibly saw them in her throat. It took me a couple weeks to determine this. If I had known I probably could have saved her. I gave panacur dewormer. She won’t take food or water now for days. Her eyes are swollen she just sits and barely pants. I just feel like I need to stop her suffering. Has anyone had success with this dewormer. It’s a liquid. I separated her from the others, also. I could not find anything about a hen surviving this if they won’t eat or drink passed say a week.
Thanks for any information. I’m not sure how to put her down though.

I'd give her the Panacur to see if it makes a difference.
Dose is .25ml per pound of weight given orally once a day for 5 days in a row.

Can you post photos of her?

Curious that her eyes are swollen, it could possibly be due Gapeworm, but usually swelling of the eyes and facial tissue is a symptom of respiratory disease.
Symptoms of swelling of the eyes, red (bloody) tinged exudes being coughed up and sitting quietly, barely panting sounds more like ILT (Infectious Laryngotracheitis).
Chickens that have Gapeworm are gasping/gaping like they are in respiratory distress, they would be panting.

If she's not drinking or eating, then you'll need to work on hydration first. Tubing fluids into her is a good idea, then once she's rehydrated, you can tube a wet slurry of feed into her.
