If the vote is that one is a rooster, than I will be taking "him" to the chicken farm to donate him and get a couple new chicks.

The 3rd pic of 'ginger' makes me think it's a boy. The feathers are tipping upward. The coloration is very showy too, not typical of hens. Molly is definately a girl. I'd keep ginger for as long as you need to to be sure though. The hackle feathers don't look any more shiny or pointed the way roosters do, so you may have a really cool hen. I'd wait another week or so if you could to really tell.
 
Amazing picture of the classic "3 row comb" I've been trying to explain to people.. It's not really 3 rows.. but one row with bumpiez on the side.. LOL
