Really Aggressive Houdan Pullet

Its been my experience the tophat breeds are pretty docile, but Houdini is my first houdan. She will run across an acre just to attack someone!!! Shes 3.5-4 months old. She was always the curious one of the bunch and just the past few weeks she's been meaner than snot, even attacking my dogs!! Is this normal?

No comb or wattle growth to suggest otherwise and not crowing with others the same age and younger

And her tophat is nice and tight, not like a roosters tophat
