Really looking for help here for incubating duck eggs

Hey all so we just assisted a duck egg that has been taking a really long time(we’re on day 32), it is looking very small and hopefully it makes it. The duckling is just kind of rolling around and not standing or anything. Also we have one that piped and isn’t moving and we have 2 that are moving and haven’t piped , please any advice that you all have for all of that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Runner ducks, we had 3 hatch. They all seem to be pretty happy and healthy was just a bit panicked because it wasn’t going that well and it was my first time doing this, I think that might be all we are getting from this batch. Thanks for responding though

We love seeing baby pictures so feel free to post .
A few things can cause a late hatch
To low of heat or to high of humidity
Did you calibrate hygrometer or thermometers? The machines themselves can be off
Also the amount of eggs one has in makes a difference
Last hatch I had 6 eggs and I had to run my machine warmer then this time to get the 99.5 with 14 to get the proper heat and I had to add more water this time then my last hatch
Just a few tips for the next time

We bought a hovabater that came with a pretty standard thermometer. It was really hard to get the temp to stay consistent. Next time I think I wanna buy a better thermometer and a humidity reader. That would help a lot. We had 10 eggs in total and only got 3 which is sad but on the positive side I’m glad those 3 are in our lives and will have a very happy life
