Really need advice asap .please help me

My baby gossling just won't stop pecking its self .I've really had it close to me from the day I helped it hatch.the other eggs didnt hatch .it's really hurting its self now .just will not stop .I've bought it a friend today .that's not worked I've tryed so much. Please could someone help .I really love it .I'm sat here not knowing what to do.

This is really unusual. You could try applying blu-kote to the area. Usually if a bird is picking itself it’s because of some irritation, parasites, or pain in the area.

I'm so tiered .I've slept with it .holding it all night so.it wouldn't peck at its self .can I put Vaseline on the area? Thank u for replying to my post

You can try it, I’m not sure it will work.

vaseline is petroleum based it might not be so good for the gosling to ingest it.
I'd go with Blue Kote TSC has it.
