Really Need Help With Rabbit Haircut!

Ok, I'm getting 3 rabbits in 2 weeks, and I want one to be an Angora. I think they are very cute when their fur shaved. I live in a place that gets pretty hot, so I would need to shave her fur like this

Is this something I can do myself (just for pets) or do I have to take her to a groomer? Also, how often would I do this (id let her grow her fur out in winter) and what size clipper or do I have to use shears?

Angoras do need to be shaved down about once a year. They have wool, instead of regular fur. Pet grade clippers should work just fine. It's probably going to be a two person job, one to hold the rabbit and one person to do the shaving. If you have a really relaxed bunny, it might be a one person job. Angoras also need frequent (several times a week) combing to prevent matting.
All rabbit breeds need special care in hot climates. Ample shade and water an vital.

Ah, ok thank you! So if I want her hair to stay shortish I'll only have to do it probably 1 time a month just to touch her up. Also, what type of angora is the "cutest" I don't want to seem like all I care about is looks but... She is a pet... So... And also, are giant angoras nice? I have the room, so that's not an issue.

Depends on what you like. There are two "Angora" breeds, French (smooth face and ears) and English (wool ALL over). And there are two fur types, the usual Angora wool type and Satin. The giants are usually English-type, but some breeders have giant French. 'Satin' wooled rabbits are French-type, which is easier to care for. Due the grooming needs of these rabbits, temperament is a very important part of breeding. They are almost always very gentle, docile animals. They are expensive, though. Even pet/fibre quality rabbits sell for around $80.
If you like the look of the Angora, but want something that's going to be slightly easier to deal with, there are is the Lionhead or the Jersey Wooly.

I don't like lion heads, but money is not an issue, I'm willing to spend. My second choice would be an English Spot. I can't find much info on them online so, are these good pet rabbits?

We had an English Spot when I was a kid. Awesome rabbit. Really fun personality. He liked to play tag with the dogs.

Then an English Spot will be brought here in 2 weeks along with a French Lop and whatever else I like. I am calling the English Spot, Ari

Not currently. I've got my hands full with my chickens, kids, and dogs currently. Eventually, we will have some Angoras. Maybe next year...
