Today my dad bought 2 Lady Amherst Pheasants (Male+Female, both one year). He also bought 4 quail and 2 pheasants, all about 1 month old. He did not think beforehand. They are currently in a cage on dirt floor with some straw on the floor. The cage is 20 feet (length) by ONE feet wide and ThREE feet high. The big pheasants barley have any room to move around, unless they're walking in a straight path. Will the big pheasant cock kill the quail and smaller pheasants? How much room do they need? Can I put the big pheasants with my 2 month old chickens in their coop?

you need at least a 10x10 area for the lady amhersts alone. same goes for the ringnecks. You can try to keep the quail with either, id suggest the amherst. Ringnecks are very very cannibalistic and will kill everything in there if they dont have adequate space. The feed you need more than likely will not be available at walmart, but if you have a tractor supply they should have it.
You need a high protein gamebird food minumum 20% protein, i feed 28% to all chicks and young birds, and to all the birds during breeding season.

my pens for pairs are 8ft x 8ft x8ft high. make sure you put a perch and lots of cover in for the hens to hide in. old christmas trees work well.
i keep trios or quads in 8ft w x 15ft L x 6 foot high.

Same as what miller said. I have been very lucky with my birds as they all get along with anything I put in with them but they are all in an enormous aviary I built with my mom.

What kind of quail do you have?

The cage sounds pretty tiny for all of those birds. Especially the pheasants, they do need their space. Plucking feathers/fighting may occur if you aren't able to build something for them.

As for feeding, again miller above mentioned 28% protein chick starter for young birds. Oatmeal, hard boiled eggs and peanuts are also good options to boost their protein and it also is a nice change to the boring general crumble food they will eat day after day.
