Really sick chicken

I have a 1.5 year old red sex-link that's in a bad way. her comb has fallen over, her rump feathers are covered in poo, she seems very tired and she is walking oddly. It almost seems like her vent has something wrong with it but i really cannot tell. Any idea what is up? I am more concerned if she has something the other birds might catch.

Sounds like egg bound or an internal layer. Check those out on the search...there is a ton of info but if she does have one of these you need to act quickly! T
