Really small eggs....

I have a bunch of BO's, some RIR's, a couple SLW, and two BJG's. Most of them haven't started laying yet. A couple RIR's are along with one or two of the buffies. The buffy eggs are really small, 2" or so maybe. Are they always that small?

When a pullet first starts to lay the eggs are very small. My BO's lay eggs that barely fit in a jumbo egg carton..yours will get there also

I have 10 pullets, 7 have just started to lay and all of their eggs are tiny, thus called "pullet eggs". I have been told that as they mature their egg size will increase.

mine are small, too....I think someone told me that it takes a month or so before they start getting bigger....
