Ok My Scove Drake looks like he is crying soap suds. It is getting bad, he will walk into things. Then the next thing I see is him looking all clear eyed.. The duck is healthy otherwise. I have 6 others with him and no one looks like this..? Anyone seen this??

Yes, foamy eye is common in Muscovy, especially drakes, the larger the caruncling the more foamy eyed they can get. Sometimes it can be because of an illness but typically it is not. If your birds are otherwise healthy, thrifty, etc. then I would not worry. Sometimes it can be caused by injury in which case an ophthalmic ointment can be used. I see it primarily during the winter when birds just aren't bathing and preening as frequently.
