Robin'sBrood :

Are you 100% sure that the EE cockerel, in your signature line, is really a cockerel?

That's what I was going to ask. If he is, get those two together, and send me a dozen! It will only take 6 days!

Was thinking it many of been my cockeral, but it was a male chick for warmth in my ideal order and I've posted many pictures and everyone said he was a male. Yet he's 28 week sold and hasn't crowed yet. I have my broody sitin on some eggs so I rule him out, if there fertile than he's a guy

If you have any recent pics, post them again here. You have our interest!

I think EE's and Ameraucanas can be sooo tricky. I was certain mine was a cockerel several times. But she's a she. Just sort of masculine looking...

Ight let me run out to the coop. Y'all makeing me hike up a huge 200 yrd hill to the coop in 7 degree weather.

Pthfffff brb in about 20 min

Yeah, I think your cockerel may be a girl. It would be extremely rare for any hen to lay two eggs in one day, much less several days in a row.

I'll be sitting here waiting for the truth to come out...
