i heard the make em eat egg but that didnt work. it doesnt want to eat or drink and sometimes it crys!

Lisa... get it water, cooked egg yolk mixed w/ sugar water.

If that doesn't work, nature will take it's course.

some of the other threads on here are suggesting honey given on their beak to get them eating and strengthen them up.

i tried water and sugar water. It wont even try to drink it. I have 2 like this, one is trying to drink. The other wont

Bummer! How old are these peeps? I don't know how you could force feed a little chick...so I'm no help except to send prayers your direction.

they were just arriving at the feed store, so 3 days tops. i special ordered them through the feed store.

6 phoenix (2 of them are weak, just lost one)

This probably doesn't apply to your situation, but I just read that if a peep is having trouble eating to grind the chick starter into smaller pieces. Sorry you lost one...hope the other continues to improve!
