One of the nice things about Karo is that lack of artificial stuff. Hence it's use with small animals routinely.

Karo white is slightly better tolerated than Karo dark, which retains some of the molasses ingredients and is better tolerated by older animals, not newborns.


I am in Tassie Australia, Ive just had 2 chicks hatch buy a broody bantam, they were a mix of various bantam eggs I was given anyway one is rather weak and I was wondering if I should hand feed and what, can you tell me what Karo is as I am unfamiliar with it, it may be known by another name here in Tassie.​
