Really wheezy duckling

I got a roughly two week old duckling who was slightly wheezy when I got her from the feed store but now the poor thing is really wheezy, looks like she's kinda having to try harder to breathe, is sneezy, is shaking her head occasionally, and has yellowish snot, she's also got a kind of clicky sound on the inside too. But otherwise she is eating normally, drinking normally, is mostly active, and her poops are normal for a duckling. Any help would be appreciated, I feel so bad for her

Is their water bowl big enough for her to dunk her head? Ducklings sometimes need to be able to clean out their eyes and nose.

I've tried giving her one that's deep enough to dunk her head into now that she's old enough that it's fine if she gets wet, but she acts terrified of anything but the standard waterer that they use in the store
