The Crazy Chicken Lady
I got my chicks from Purely Poultry this morning. They mailed them out yesterday! Wow!
And those chicks are fat and peppy! I was very happy and surprised to get a good order from them after the problems earlier this spring. I must say I am well pleased and considering the EE chicks are so unusual, I may order again this year.
I have ordered EE chicks every year and raised my own and never had any this color. I simply can't wait to see what they mature as.
And I got my Golden Cascade ducklings from Sand Hill. I ordered 15, they sent 17. Good thing because 2 died a few hours after arriving. They haven't acted as happy and healthy as the Saxony I got from Holderreads. I hope the others do good since I don't want to have to fork out that kind of money for more ducks.
