I had 4 red comets from the beginning of the pandemic. About a year ago I lost two to egg bound and reproductive tract issues. Recently the remaining two were attacked and one didn't survive. I now have one old girl, I'm not in the venture to raise more but I don't want to be cruel. What is the best course of action to make my girls days good while they last? She's stopped laying eggs for a month or two.

I have plenty of food, scratch and a heater where I keep her to prevent night freeze in the garage.

If you do not want to get any more chickens, do you have extra time to spend with her to make up for the loss of a flock? It's not ideal but chickens have gotten by with humans or other family pets as their "flock."

If you realistically do not have time to do that, then it'd be best to rehome her.

I forgot about an update but the other chicken i thought was gone... Came back?

She's being doing fine after about a week of care. She has a wound under her wing and a lot of her feathers of her right wing on the top are missing. Besides being a little wary of the stairs where she was attacked, shes seems fine. The wound I noticed was leaking a yellow clearish substance but her wing's starting to regrow a bit.
